Whats up with Sierra and Hunter

Sierra has been busy with dance and basketball. She dances for her middle schools dance company and also at a studio 5 days a week.She made her middle schools basketball team and is playing point guard. Her basketball team will have their first game December 8th, they practice 3 days a week. So needless to say we never see her. She is doing great in school, all honors classes.

Hunter just finished a great football season, he had a blast. Hunter loved playing linebacker,tight end, line ( I forget what position I think tackle?) and full back,he learned a lot this year, but most of all had FUN!!! He will also be starting basketball soon, he plays basketball everday and absolutely loves it. Hunter is doing great in school and has amazing grades, and LOVES school.

Matts Surgery

Matt had his second rotator cuff surgery on November 12th. It was alot of clean up work and reconstruction. Dr. Beck, his surgeon, said he had NEVER seen someone so young with such damage. Matt needs to take it easy and learn to adjust to taking it easier with both shoulders.We are all hopeful for the same results he had from his first surgery. I have loved having him home, I have also wanted to tie him up with duct tape. He actually painted our theater room 5 days post surgery, because he couldn't sit still and relax. I think he had a severe case of cabin fever.Last surgery I tried to slip him some sleeping pills to have him relax, maybe I should have done it this time as well . Maybe I shouldn't say that ?! . He will start physical therapy mid December and know a little more then on his recovery time.

Hunters Arrow of Light

This week Hunter received his arrow of light. He has worked really hard and we are so proud of him. So now he will be starting Boy Scouts... way to go bud!!

Hunters 11th Birthday!!!

This past Sunday was Hunters 11th Birthday! Wow, the time has just flown by. Hunter wanted to have his family over for the U of U / BYU game. We had a great time, well, except the final score. Hunter doesn't like cake so we had Birthday pie, apple his favorite. It was a great time !! Hunter will be having his friends over on Saturday for another party, he must be a good kid.
